Desserts at SpringHouse are first and foremost a celebration of classic Southern: great, homey desserts made the way your grandmother would have on warm Sunday evenings. The daily menus will provide all of your childhood favorites that you just can’t seem to find anymore, all made from scratch. Homemade cakes and pies, unique ice creams, and cobblers, to name a few, all from scratch. As time passes, the SpringHouse’s neighboring orchard will provide more and more of the persimmons, bush berries, blackberries, and pears that aren’t foraged from the property or sourced from local farmers. Our desserts aren’t fancy, they’re simply great.
