Ingredients:

Bombay Gin
Cocktail onions
Dry vermouth
Lemon
Fresh cayenne pepper

Chilled martini glass

Slice one fresh cayenne pepper long ways 2/3 of the way up. Put the pepper half in and half out of the martini glass pushing down on the inside portion and rim the
pepper around the glass. Take one long lemon twist and place it over the pepper.

Into a shaker with ice, pour 2-1/2 oz of gin, add 15 to 20 drops of lemon juice, a dash of dry vermouth and shake until cold. Strain into glass.

Drop two cocktail onions in along with a splash of onion juice.
