
SpringHouse "New" Fashioned
SpringHouse brings its unique twist to an "old" favorite.
Our New Fashioned
Muddle 4 pickled cherries and 1/8 of an orange
Add ice, 2 ounces of Maker's Mark and 2 dashes of Drambuie. Shake.
Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
Garnish with 1 pickled cherry and an orange twist
Pickled Cherries
1 pound fresh cherries
5-6 sprigs tarragon
¾ cup vinegar
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp salt
Pit one pound of fresh cherries.
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt in a pan and heat until the sugar and salt dissolves.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a sealable container and let sit for two months.
