SpringHouse will be a cornerstone of Lake Martin living, as the restaurant hosts events to foster the art of living. Local folks and homeowners will have the opportunity to learn more about all manners of living through programs geared toward local gardening, foraging for unique produce, and wine tastings.

These events will be a social springboard for people to experience the lake community beyond the water. Weekly bocce tournaments, evening wine tastings, and live music will eventually all add to the Lake Martin quality of life.
