Once the grapes are harvested, JUSTIN winemakers—some of the best in the business—gather to sort, select, age, taste, blend and decide what goes into every bottle.
Executive Chef Rob McDaniel and Wine Director Daniel Goslin will be creating a four to five-course prix fixe menu, plus hors d’ oeuvres, specifically designed to pair beautifully with the masterful wine from JUSTIN.
