FEATURED WINE | Charles de Fére Blanc de Blancs Brut Réserve
Most Champagnes or sparkling wines, including Rosé wines, are made from a blend of three grapes—Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Blanc de blanc ("white from white") Champagnes are made from 100 percent Chardonnay. This sparkling wine is made in the same method as Champagne called Méthode Traditionnelle (Traditional Method). The French term Mousseux is used to refer to a sparkling wine that is not made in the Champagne region. Read more

BEHIND THE BAR | Pisco Sour
Some of my family members recently returned from a trip to Chile with tales of a cocktail they tried there called a Pisco Sour. They were quite excited about it, even bringing back some bottles of the Chilean spirit, so I could try my hand at making one.
