Donati Family Vineyards is a sustainable-farming winery located in Templeton, California in the region of Paso Robles. DFV produces Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot, and Claret. This Unoaked Chardonnay is crisp and full of flavor, aged 100% in stainless steel to maintain that freshness and acidity. They blend in a little bit of Pinot Blanc for additional acidity and fruit. On the nose you get tropical fruit and white flowers, and the palate confirms with banana, pineapple, and melon. The unoaked chardonnay has mouth-coating fruit throughout the glass, and finishes with a crisp, fresh taste.
